Returns

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wonderique.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
